We help you buy beautiful jewelry without overpaying or getting overwhelmed.

Diamond and fine jewelry shopping is designed to be confusing. Grading terminology is unfamiliar, pricing is opaque, and the stakes — both financial and emotional — are high. Most sites in this space either sell you something directly or write generic articles hoping you'll click an ad. We built Joy of Diamonds to do neither: it's a small set of tools and honest guides meant to answer one question — is this a good deal, or am I being ripped off? — as plainly as possible.

What we do

We maintain three tools (the Diamond Finder, the Deal Checker, and the Jewelry Gift Finder), a retailer comparison engine, and a set of guides organized around real shopping moments — a budget, an occasion, a specific worry. Every recommendation links to a retailer where you can actually buy the piece.

How we make money

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Ritani, James Allen, With Clarity, Brilliant Earth, and Blue Nile links are ordinary outbound links; we do not earn commissions from them. Other affiliate programs will be used only after approval. This never changes what we recommend.

We don't accept payment to change a recommendation. Pricing and specification data are estimates for comparison; confirm current details with the retailer before buying.

What we don't do
